HistoryParagon Railcar Salvage was started in
January of 2000 with Noah Figueroa as its managing partner. There is no
better example of the American dream than Noah's hard work and dedication!
He started in the railroad industry cleaning railroad tank cars in the extreme
heat of California's central valley. He then was promoted to repairing all
sorts of railroad cars, such as tanks (general purpose DOT Skip forward a few years and imagine a seasoned railroad inspector talking to
