Projects

Location: Beaumont, CA
Bridge:  One of our 90' X 9' bridge structures
Type of traffic: Public park bridge used to allow people to walk from the soccer fields to the baseball diamonds.
Water way:  Irrigation canal

This bridge was actually a pretty basic project.  We just painted the bridge, added some steel handrails, and poured a new concrete deck.

Location: Denver, CO
Bridge: one of our 8' X 2' X 40' bridge structures
Type of traffic: Private use, pedestrian with some light vehicular traffic
Water way: river

Wow, talk about a nice looking bridge!  Custom stone work using custom colors!  Custom wrought iron handrails, powder coated!  Brand new wood deck!  This same type of work can be done with any of our bridges.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Bridge: two of our 9 1/2' X 90' bridge structures
Type of traffic: Heavy construction
Water way: River

This was a fun project...it was muddy and messy.  This project required: moving the bridge site several times, clearing access roads, removing shrubs & trees, setting and removing a few temporary bridges, dragging four 20,000 lb pre-cast concrete blocks through more than 2 miles of mud, dragging two bridge structures at least a mile through swap land like terrain, dealing with very uneven river banks, and tight spaces (we were not allowed to remove any more trees than absolutely needed)...all of this in about 2 days!!!

Location: Platteville, CO
Bridge: two of our 8' X 2' X 40' bridge structures
Type of traffic: Heavy construction
Water way: ditch/canal

You cant get any more basic than this project.  Its tough, fast and very cost effective bridge.  We are only talking a matter of days from the time of our clients initial phone call and the time when they were driving over it with heavy loads.

Location: Santa Ynez, CA
Bridge: two of our 8' X 2' X 40' bridge structures
Type of traffic: private and some construction
Water way: ditch/canal

Nice project.  We sent our clients everything they needed to build this bridge themselves;  The bridge itself, pre-cast concrete abutments, plenty of free over the phone consultations, and all the steel pieces they needed to get the job done.

Location: Longmont, CO
Bridge: one of our 8' X 40' bridge structures
Type of traffic: Private entrance for single family property, able to small farm equipment and other types of light vehicular traffic
Water way: ditch/canal

A new paint job using custom matching colors and nice looking handrails makes this project fast, easy and cost effective.

Location: Pennsylvania
Bridge: one of our 10' X 50' bridge structure
Type of traffic: Private entrance for multi family property, able to handle concrete trucks and other types of vehicular traffic
Water way: River

It's amazing what a fresh coat of paint and a really nice new deck can do to a railroad flat car!  This bridge was built by our client with the help of his family.  He is a "regular" guy, not a contractor nor any heavy construction experience...he did, however, have a very creative imagination.  We were able to overcome some problems during installation but at the end the bridge turned out GREAT.

Location: Denver Tech Center

Location: Denver Tech Center, CO (I-25 & Orchard Road)
Bridge: one of our 8' X 2' X 40' bridge structures
Type of traffic: Private use, pedestrian with some light vehicular traffic including golf carts
Water way: Storm water run off

Wow, talk about a nice looking bridge!  Custom stone work using custom colors!  Custom stainless steel handrails!  Brand new wood deck!  This same type of work can be done with any of our bridges.

This bridge is located in an up-scale office complex.  We completed this bridge project far ahead of schedule.

Location: Greeley, CO
Bridge: one of two of our 8' X 2' X 20' bridge structures
Type of traffic: Private use, 90,000 lbs vehicular weight rating
Water way: Irrigation canal/ditch

Wow, talk about a nice looking bridge!  Custom stone work using custom colors!  Custom wrought iron handrails, powder coated!  Brand new concrete deck!  This same type of work can be done with any of our bridges.

The old wooden bridge was getting ready to fall apart so we demolished it and built a new bridge.  Instead of building new abutments we re-used the old abutments on this project which saved our client a significant amount of money!

Location: Logan, UT
Bridge: one of our 90' bridge structures extended out to 14 1/2' wide.
Type of traffic: Construction traffic, rated for 90,000 lbs
Water way: River

Absolutely beautiful!  We took a standard 89' flat car, added a really nice 3" thick Rough Cut Douglas Fur deck, Rough Cut Douglas Fur handrails, and a fresh coat of paint.  This bridge as a 9 1/2' driving lane and 2 1/2' pedestrian lanes on each side for a total of 14 1/4'.  The abutments were poured in place but we did use some of our Quick blocks (pre-cast blocks) as wing walls to retain soils.  Every morning our guys had to shovel several inches of snow off of the bridge in order to work on it.  This is the best looking bridge in the entire canyon!
